Winter Miles is our edit of Gore-Tex (GTX) and waterproof running and trail shoes, for keeping your runs going through the wet and colder months. Shop men's and women's styles from Hoka, On, Salomon, Brooks and ASICS, including the Hoka Speedgoat, Clifton and Challenger, Salomon XA Pro 3D, Brooks Ghost and Cascadia, and On Cloudvista and Cloudrunner.

Every pair is in stock and available to order online or in our family-run store in Banbridge. Free delivery on orders over £79.99 (UK) / €92.99 (Ireland).

What does GTX mean on running shoes?

GTX shows that a shoe uses a Gore-Tex waterproof membrane. In this edit, styles marked GTX or Waterproof are designed to help keep your feet dry when running in wet conditions.

Are there road and trail options in Winter Miles?

Yes. For trails, the edit includes styles such as the Hoka Speedgoat, Salomon XA Pro 3D and Brooks Cascadia. For roads and everyday running, there are styles such as the Hoka Clifton, Brooks Ghost and ASICS Novablast.

How long should my trainers last?

This depends on your usage! Trainers tend to last around 300–500 miles, depending on how often and how hard you use them. For regular day-to-day wear, many people find they hold up really well and stay supportive for months.

Can I shop these styles in your Banbridge store?

Yes. As well as shopping online, you can visit Donaghys in Banbridge, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm. Stock can differ between online and in store, so if you're coming in for a particular style, contact our team before you visit.

You can also order online and choose free Collect In-Store.

Delivery in 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Friday.
