Generally, yes — but it’s important to check whether you're ordering regular or narrow fit. Birkenstocks are unisex and come in two width options:

  • Regular fit for wider or standard feet
  • Narrow fit for slim feet
    If you’re between sizes, many customers size down as the footbed is generous in length.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. When returning an order we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty.  This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
