You have 30 days to return your order.

Return postage is paid by the customer. You can use our Royal Mail returns label for £3.95, deducted from your refund, arrange your own courier, or return to our Banbridge store free of charge.

If you arrange your own return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge — just contact us before sending anything back.

What is your returns policy?


We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer — you can request a UK returns label through our returns portal for £3.95, which is deducted from your refund, use a courier of your choice at your own cost, or return to our Banbridge store free of charge. Our returns label is a UK service and is not available in Ireland. Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge. When returning an order we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
