You have 30 days to return your order.

Return postage is paid by the customer. You can use our Royal Mail returns label for £3.95, deducted from your refund, arrange your own courier, or return to our Banbridge store free of charge.

If you arrange your own return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge — just contact us before sending anything back.

Do suede protector sprays work?

Yes. A suede protector spray adds an invisible barrier that helps repel water and stains. Apply it to clean, dry suede and reapply regularly, especially after cleaning.

What should you not use on suede?

Avoid soaking suede with water, using harsh detergents or ordinary leather polish, or drying it with direct heat such as radiators or hairdryers. Use a suede brush and eraser to lift marks instead.

How should I care for leather and suede boots?

Brush off dirt after wearing, and let wet boots dry naturally at room temperature, away from radiators and direct heat. A protector spray suited to the material helps keep them looking their best. Use a suede brush on suede, and a polish or cream on smooth leather.

Will my EMU boots stretch over time?


Yes — sheepskin naturally softens and gives slightly with wear. Because of this, EMU recommends buying boots that fit snug initially

Are EMU shoes made in Australia?


All EMU footwear is designed in Australia. Their “Platinum” collection of sheepskin boots and slippers is manufactured in their own factory in Geelong, Victoria. Other models may be produced offshore using high standards
