Return postage is paid by the customer. You can use our Royal Mail returns label for £3.95, deducted from your refund, arrange your own courier, or return to our Banbridge store free of charge.
If you arrange your own return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service.
Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge — just contact us before sending anything back.
