Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge — just contact us before sending anything back.

Return postage is paid by the customer — you can request a UK returns label through our returns portal for £3.95, which is deducted from your refund, use a courier of your choice at your own cost, or return to our Banbridge store free of charge. Our returns label is a UK service and is not available in Ireland. Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge. When returning an order we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
