If you arrange your own return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge — just contact us before sending anything back.

Our returns label is a UK service and is not available in Ireland. Faulty or damaged items are returned free of charge. When returning an order we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.

Sizes may vary between brands (for example between shoes, trainers and clothing) so it’s worth measuring yourself or comparing with items you already own.
